School is educating prospective graduate education have the competence as a reliable English teacher and professional, ready to face the demands of professionalism of teachers.Lecturer qualification is mostly doctoral degrees and masters of various universities abroad.It is also supported by faculty native speaker of English Speaking Country, especially for subjects Speaking.

The English Department has the infrastructure and facilities are very adequate as a supporting implementing learning,namely multimedia classrooms, Computerized Digital Language Laboratory, Laboratory of Drama, Micro Teaching Laboratory. In addition, it is also supported by units associated with improving the quality of learning among other things, Language Center (LC), the American Corner (Amcor), American Foundation (AMINEF), and the Foreign Language Course (KBA).Shared facilities such as the Digital Library and Internet hotspot areas are also very supportive of student learning.
To equip graduates with additional skills and be ready to work in the community, then this course presents the subjects English for Young Learners (EYL), Bussiness English (BE), and Translation. Students can freely choose one of the three subjects that selection. The hope, alumni can have skills that support their future, possess the business skills, entrepreneurship, and can be worked in the field of hospitality or tourism.
